Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of Criminal

Complaint dated 28.01.2015 tilted as Vijay Singh Vs. Jagsir Singh and

another filed under Sections 452, 323, 354, 506, 34 of IPC before the learned

Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Talwandi Sabo along with other

incidental and consequential proceedings arising therefrom including

judgment dated 29.11.2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Talwandi

Sabo whereby the petitioners/accused have been convicted under Sections

452, 323, 354, 506, 34 of IPC on the basis of compromise deed dated

10.12.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be

allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file

fresh petition with better particulars.

Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
