Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the

present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has been

released on probation on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-

with one surety in the like amount in the present case FIR No. 248, dated

17.02.2020, under Section 174-A IPC, registered under Section Baldev

Nagar, District Ambala, vide judgment/order dated 22.08.2022.

Disposed off, as having been rendered infructuous.
