On the last date of hearing, following order was passed:-

"Counsel for the petitioners relies upon judgments passed by this Court passed in CRWP No.7426-2022 titled as Javed Vs. State of Haryana & ors., decided on 30.09.2022, CRWP No.5744-2022 titled as Gulam Deen and another Vs. State of Punjab & ors., decided on 13.06.2022 and CRWP No.532-2018 titled as Mohd. Samim Vs. State of Haryana & ors., decided on 26.09.2018.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Ambavta, AAG, Haryana, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State.

In view of the fact that the petitioners apprehend threat to their life and keeping in view the age of petitioner No.1, Superintendent of Police, Mewat is directed to protect petitioners and in order to do the same keep petitioner No.1 protected in the protection home at the District Head Quarters. She will be in care of District Child Welfare Officer.

2. Today, Mr. Ambavta submits that the petitioners have opted not

to avail the facility of protection centre. At the same time, Mr. Ambavta

submits that the statements of both the parties have been recorded.

Respondents have submitted that they have no objection and will not

interfere in the life of the petitioners.

3. Disposed off accordingly.
