VIKAS BAHL, J.(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment dated 31.01.2017 vide which the petitioners have been convicted and sentenced in FIR no.38 dated 10.06.2011 registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 452, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Ghanaur, District Patiala. Challenge is also to the judgment dated 25.11.2022 vide which the appeal of the petitioners has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition after giving full and better particulars.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Pending miscellaneous application stands disposed of in view of the abovesaid order.
