Through the present revision petition, the petitioner has assailed
the judgments passed by the Courts below vide which the respondents have
been acquitted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matrimonial
dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. The marriage of the
petitioner and respondent No.2 has been dissolved by a decree of divorce by
mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act and he has
instructions to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
