This revision petition has been filed under Article 227

Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 29.08.2022 (Annexure

P-8) passed by Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Ratia, whereby conditional

warrants against the petitioner/judgment debtor have been issued in

execution proceedings.

During the course of hearing, it is not disputed by learned

counsel that against the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2016, which is

subject matter of execution proceedings, his first appeal is pending before

the Addl. District Judge, Fatehabad, wherein the application for staying the

execution proceedings is also pending.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the

revision petition.

The petition is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to press his claim pending

before the first appellate Court.
