Present revision petition arises out of execution proceedings
being carried out in furtherance to the judgment and decree dated
21.12.2017.
Today, it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for
the petitioner that the first appeal filed at the instance of his client has
been allowed by the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Yamuna
Nagar, vide judgment and decree dated 22.11.2022, reversing the
judgment and decree dated 21.12.2017 passed by the Trial Court,
thereby dismissing the suit filed by the respondent herein and as such
nothing survives in the present revision petition, thus, the same be
disposed of as such.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
