The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the trial Court to expedite the conclusion of trial in case bearing No.SC/119/2017 titled as 'State Vs. Hardeep Singh etc.' arising out of FIR No.77 dated 18.06.2017, under Sections 302, 341, 323, 506, 34 of IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the trial of the above mentioned case has already been concluded vide judgment dated 09/10.05.2022 passed by the Trial Court.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
