This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to

quash the FIR No. 60 dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Section 379 of the

Indian Penal Code at Police Station Garhdiwal, District Hoshiarpur and all

consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that accused has

been acquitted in the present case vide judgment dated 11.08.2021 passed by the

trial Court.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Kuldeep Singh does

not dispute the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been

rendered infructuous.
