Versus
SATWANT SINGH AND ORS. ..Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL Present: Mr. B.S. Mittal, Advocate for the petitioner.
ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral)
The petitioner herein is the judgment debtor No.4 in a pending
execution petition. She claims that there is no judgment and decree passed
against her and the Executing Court has wrongly attached her property along
with the other judgment debtors. It is evident from reading of the impugned
order at page 61 of the paperbook that the petitioner has been permitted to
file the supplementary objections.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the fact in issue has not
been finally decided by the Executing Court, yet.
Hence, the revision petition is disposed of in order to file the
supplementary objections before the Executing Court as directed by the
Court.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
disposed of.
