Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated

22.01.2002 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Barnala whereby the

petitioner was convicted under Section 409 IPC and also to the Judgment

dated 17.03.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Barnala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the

present petition.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the

petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
