GURBIR SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the U.T., Chandigarh, on instructions from

HC Dharampal, states that the petitioner has since been acquitted. He has

also placed on record copy of judgment dated 23.10.2019 passed by learned

Sessions Judge, Chandigarh.

Since petitioner has been acquitted, therefore, no further order

is required to be passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the present petition become infructuous and

stands disposed of.
