The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section

482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of complaint

No. RT-55 of 09.09.2013 under Sections 326/325 IPC read with

Section 34 IPC 1860 and conviction vide judgment dated 27.10.2016

passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gidderbaha, District

Sri Muktsar Sahib and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom

on the basis of compromise effected between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays

for withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
