Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset submits that instant

petition is rendered infructuous in view of Division Bench judgment rendered in LPA

No.1332 of 2019.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek

their remedy before the administrative authority in terms of the Division Bench

judgment, ibid.

Interim order to continue till the final decision is taken by the

administrative authority in terms of the Division Bench judgment. In case, an adverse

order is passed, the same shall not be implemented for a period of 30 days in order to

enable the petitioners to seek their remedy.
