Feeling aggrieved by his transfer petitioner Sunil Kumar

working as Mandi Supervisor-Cum-Fee Collector Market Committee,

Julana, District Jind has brought the instant civil writ petition.

Learned Senior counsel for respondent No. 2 has contended

that the transfer drive is complete and petitioner has since joined at new

place of posting i.e. Nissing, Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has

contended that within a period of two years the petitioner has been

transferred/deputed for nine times and he had submitted a representation

(Annexure P-11) to the respondents but the same has not been decided by

the respondents so far.

In a judgment delivered by a Division Bench of this Court in

LPA No. 247 of 2020 (O&M) titled 'Nisha versus State of Haryana' decided

on 24.2.2020 the decision of the single Judge granting liberty to the

1 of 2

petitioner to pursue the remedy in accordance with law in view of letter

dated 27.8.2019 was upheld.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing that on

petitioner submitting a fresh representation within 15 days from today to

respondent No. 2, the same be disposed of within a month thereof by way of

passing a speaking order, which be conveyed to the petitioner as per

Registered A.D. Post.
