Case has been taken up on Video Conferencing in view of

COVID-19 Pandemic.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 & 3 at the outset

submits that in case a representation is made by the appellants, same shall be

decided at the earliest as per law.

In view of above, we dispose off the appeal. Learned counsel for the

appellants shall be able to place reliance upon circulars/judgments, if any, in their

favour while making a representation. It is, however, made clear that

representation shall be decided on or before 31.08.2021.
