In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for

the following relief(s):

"i. For giving direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment/blocking measuring about 72.5 meter of Ghurdaur survey road which starts from Rajiv Nagar Road number 24 towards Digha canal because about 1.715 K.M. of Ghurdaur road has been constructed by RCD leaving about 72.5 metre, which blocked the connectivity of the said road, due to which the general public is not getting the benefit of the said road cause grate problems. Even there is no safe left for the emergency service vehicle like ambulance, fire brigade, police vehicle etc to move smoothly from one place to another.

ii. For giving direction to the respondent authorities to take step regarding free from encroachment of Ghurdaur Survey road because beside the said road there is office of Government of India as Sashastra Seema Bal (S.S.B.) and C.B.S.E. (Central board of secondary Education) zonal head office and also several private business centre, due to which the road remains always busy especially during school hours, it is too difficult to go through the road.

iii. For a direction which your lordships may deem fit and proper."

2. The petitioner has statutory remedy before the

concerned authority by filing an application under Section 59 of

the Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982. If such application is

filed, the concerned authority or competent authority is hereby

directed to expedite the grievance of the petitioner and redress

the same by passing a detailed speaking order and communicate

the same to the petitioner within a reasonable period of three

months from the date of receipt of such Patna High Court CWJC No.7590 of 2025 dt.12-09-2025

application/representation.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition stands

disposed of.
