The petitioners are the aspirants for the post of
Teachers, have approached this Court for the following reliefs:-
"1. a. For issuance of appropriate writ,
order/orders or direction in the nature of writ of
certiorari quashing the impugned notification dated
26.06.2021
by means which the STET - 2019
competitive examination which was conducted for
the purpose of appointment has now been
converted into a qualifying examination without
assigning any valid reason.
b. For issuance of an appropriate writ,
order/orders or direction in the nature of writ of
mandamus commending the Respondent authorities
to immediately appoint the petitioners against
30,675 posts of teachers under the category of state
employees as the petitioners have already qualified
and are within subject wise and vacancy wise merit
in the STET 2019 competitive examination which
was conducted for the purpose of appointment
only.
c. For issuance of appropriate writ,
order/orders, or direction in the nature of writ of
mandamus directing the respondents not to proceed
for conducting examination on 30,675 posts only
(on which the petitioners are already in merit) out
of 90,518 posts which has been advertised vide
Advertisement no. 26/2023 dated 30.05.2023 so far
as it relates to the secondary and higher secondary

teachers.
d. for issuance of appropriate writ,
order/orders, or direction in the nature of writ of
mandamus, commanding the Bihar Public Service
commission (hereafter referred as B.P.S.C.) for
reserving/holding 30,675 posts out of total
advertised 90,518 posts on which the petitioners
are other similarly situated meritorious candidates
qualified the STET-2019 but appointment was not
done since last about 4 years.
e. During pendency of this writ
application, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
stay the operation and implementation of impugned
notification dated 26.06.2021.
f. For any other appropriate writ/writs,
order/orders or direction/directions which
petitioners deemed entitled to in the light of facts
and circumstances of the case."
2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the Bihar
School Examination Board submitted at the Bar that the
impugned Notification dated 26.06.2021 was also subject matter
of challenge in various writ petitions, including C.W.J.C. No.
13312 of 2021 and C.W.J.C. No. 12481 of 2021. These writ
petitions were heard and finally came to be dismissed.
Thereafter, other identical matters have also come up for
consideration, which also resulted in the dismissal in identical

terms. One of the order passed by learned co-ordinate Bench in
C.W.J.C. No. 13488 of 2023 has been placed on record. This
Court is also apprised that against the order passed in C.W.J.C.
No. 13312 of 2021, the aggrieved petitioners had preferred
appeal bearing L.P.A. No. 275 of 2022, which also came to be
dismissed vide order dated 27.09.2023. A copy of which is also
been placed on record.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioners is not in a
position to confront the aforesaid position.
4. In view of the submissions advanced by learned
Advocate for the Respondents, this Court does not find any
reason to entertain and continue with the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present Writ petition also stands dismissed in
terms with the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No.
13488 of 2023 as well as order of the co-ordinate Bench dated
27.09.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 275 of 2022.
