Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a
direction to the respondent-Bihar State University Service
Commission / respondent No. 1 & 2 to issue the interview letter to
the petitioner, fix a date of interview and allow him to participate
in the selection process for appointment to the post of Assistant
Professor(History) pursuant to advertisement No. AP-HIST-08/20-
21.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the
interview for the post of Assistant Professor (History) pursuant to
Patna High Court CWJC No.4735 of 2025 dt.25-03-2025

advertisement No. AP-HIST-08/20-21 has been concluded on
24.02.2025.

. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner has been arbitrarily denied to participate in the interview
scheduled from 19.02.2025 to 24.02.2025, for the post of Assistant
Professor (History), therefore, he prays for a direction to the
respondent-Bihar State University Service Commission to fix a
date and hold a special interview for the petitioner.
5. Since, the interview in which the petitioner seeks to
participate, has already been concluded, in the considered view of
this Court, relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted
after the interview scheduled by the Commission has been
conducted.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with no
consequential order.
