2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the Bihar State Financial Corporation informs this

Court that petitioner has already remedy of appeal which he has

not availed and as such he may file the said remedy before the

Appellate Authority, the Board of Directors, Bihar State

Financial Corporation against order dated 26.10.2022 contained Patna High Court CWJC No.6459 of 2023 dt.14-09-2023

in Annexure-8 to the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands

disposed of.
