petitioner informs this Court that grievance of the petitioner has

been redressed, however, petitioner has not been paid statutory

interest from the date of eligibility till the date it has been paid

on account of delayed payment.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

behalf of the parties, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a Patna High Court CWJC No.5651 of 2023 dt.11-09-2023

detailed representation for claiming interest at appropriate rate.

5. With above observations and directions, the

present writ petition is disposed of.
