has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 22.02.2023

passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Patna in

Criminal Miscellaneous (Transfer) Case No. 28 of 2023,

whereby he has declined to transfer the records of Complaint

Case No. 191 of 2020 pending in the court of learned SDJM,

Patna City, to any other court at Patna Sadar for hearing and

disposal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

learned SDJM, Patna City has since been transferred, thus this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23166 of 2023 dt.17-10-2023

application has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of

as having become infructuous.
