JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) Date : 09-03-2022

Heard Mr. N.K. Agrawal, the learned senior

Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Bijay Kumar Sinha,

the learned counsel for the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2794 of 2022 dt.09-03-2022

2. The licence of the petitioner was cancelled

by the licensing authority, which order was sustained by

finding both the orders to be non-speaking, remanded the

matter to the appellate authority for passing a fresh order

in accordance with the law.

4. On that ground alone, we set-aside the

order passed by the Revisional Court dated 05.01.2022 by

which the matter has been remanded to the appellate
