Date : 24-06-2022 Heard Mr. Ramchandra Jha, learned Advocate for the

petitioner and Mr. Alok Ranjan, learned AC to AAG-5 for the

State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he shall be satisfied if he is permitted to make a suitable

representation before the respondent no. 2 viz. the District

Magistrate, Madhubani regarding his complaints against

respondent no. 7, who has wrongly been granted PDS license.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5251 of 2022 dt.24-06-2022

The petitioner is aggrieved because of the fact that

respondent no. 7 has been granted license de hors the rules in that

regard.

Should such a complaint be made before the District

Magistrate, Madhubani/respondent no. 2, it shall be entertained

and a reasoned order shall be passed on such application.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid

direction/observation.
