The matter is heard via video conferencing due to

circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19

pandemic.

The petitioner in support of the present petition has

not placed on record rules governing the post of Sanitary

Supervisor/ Tax Collector. He has also not furnished final

seniority list of lower cadre (source cadre) for promotion. In the

absence of these two materials, present petition is not

maintainable.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed Patna High Court CWJC No.3379 of 2021 dt.29-01-2022

reserving liberty to file fresh petition.
