The matter is heard via video conferencing due to

circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the

following relief/reliefs:

"(a) For direction to the respondents to make payment of their arrears of salary which is due for several years and inspite of representations the Managing committee is not ready to pay their arrears of salary.

(b) For direction to the respondent the Managing Committee of Z.H (Zulfikar Haider) Unani Medical College and Hospital, Siwan to grant benefit of 6th and 7th pay Revision Commission Report to the petitioners.

(c) Any other relief or reliefs/ reliefs"

3. Perusal of the prayer, it is not crystal clear for which

period the petitioners are entitled to arrears of salary. In the

absence of specific averment in the prayer, the petitioners are not

entitled to reliefs sought in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed, reserving

liberty to file a fresh petition.
