Date : 27-04-2022 After some arguments, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to

challenge the order passed by the Appellate Authority before the

Revisional Authority.

Should such a revision petition be filed against the order

of the District Magistrate passed in Supply Appeal No. 29 of 2019,

the Revisional Authority shall take up the matter, provide

opportunity to the petitioner for explaining his cause whereafter he

shall pass a reasoned order within a period of sixty days to be Patna High Court CWJC No.3099 of 2022 dt.27-04-2022

counted from the date of production of a copy of this order before

the Revisional Authority.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is permitted to

be withdrawn.
