"(i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ directing to the Respondent No. 3 to release the vehicle namely Mahindra Bolero Pick Up bearing Reg. No. BR06GD8137 in favour of the petitioner (the owner of the vehicle) which has been seized in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 292 of 2021 by the respondent no. 5 and till date no confiscation has been initiated against the vehicle.

(ii) For the issuance of any other appropriate order/direction as your Lordships may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice."
