No. BR06GD8137 in favour of the petitioner (the owner of the vehicle) which has been seized in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 292 of 2021 by the respondent no. 5 and till date no confiscation has been initiated against the vehicle.

(ii) For the issuance of any other appropriate order/direction as your Lordships may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice."
