Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s).

" (i) For issuance of appropriate writ(s) thereby

directing and commanding the authorities of the

State respondent to notify the date of Ram Nagar Patna High Court CWJC No.14898 of 2021 dt.13-09-2021

Lakshuman Nagar Panchayat Election with regard

to the ensuing Panchayat Election 2021 and the

existence of the election jurisdiction by publishing

the list of electors of he newly gazetted Panchayat

namely Ram Nagar, Lakshman Nagar Panchayat at

Sakra Block in Muzaffarpur in accordance with the

provisions of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act 2006 and

as such earlier orders and directions passed by this

Hon'ble Court and time to time undertakings given

by the state respondents during hearing of the

CWJC No. 9643/2005 and therefore M.J.C. No.

170 of 2016.

(ii) For consequently directing the authorities of the

respondents to notify the office bearers of the

Panchayat in accordance with the provisions of the

Bihar Panchayat Raj Act 2006 as the Panchayat

Election will be held in 2021 but nothing is being

done for this Panchayat.

(iii) For a direction to the state authorities to take a

policy decision with regard to the newly gazetted

Panchayat namely Ram Nagar Lakshman Nagar

Panchayat with regard to well maintenance of the

villages namely Ram Nagar though two Panchayat

Elections i.e. 2006 and 2011 passed without any

election in the said Panchayat.

(iv) For grant of any other relief(s) which the Patna High Court CWJC No.14898 of 2021 dt.13-09-2021

petitioner may be entitled to in the facts and

circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw this application

Permission is accorded.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
