Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, on the date of consideration of the

application of son of the deceased (who had PDS licence), on

compassionate ground, the petitioner was not Matric qualified.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that she may be permitted to file a fresh

application.

Counsel appearing for the State assures the Court that

the same shall be considered expeditiously, in any case, not later

than six weeks.

In view of the above, no further adjudication is

necessary and the petition stands disposed of.
