The present Letters Patent Appeal has been

preferred against the judgment dated 12.06.2019 passed by a

learned Single Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10539 of

2019 titled as Murlidhar Sinha Vs. the State of Bihar and

Others.

After the matter was heard for some time, learned

counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Patna High Court L.P.A No.820 of 2019 dt.24-02-2021

present appeal reserving liberty to take recourse to such remedy

as are otherwise available to the appellant under law.

Permission granted.

We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of

the appeal.

The present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn

with the liberty aforesaid.
