It is evident from above that order of blacklisting dated
08.02.2021 has been set aside. If the petitioner has any other
grievance, he shall be at liberty to file a representation before the
Secretary of Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar. If he
does so within three weeks from today, the Secretary of Rural
Patna High Court CWJC No.7726 of 2021 dt.23-12-2021
Works Department, Government of Bihar shall dispose off the
representation by a speaking order within four weeks thereof.
The petition stands disposed off.
