The matter has been heard via video conferencing.
2. Heard Mr. Randhir Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for
the petitioner and Mr. Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Additional
Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the
State.
3. The petitioner was in custody in connection with
Mohania PS Case No. 401 of 2019 dated 01.09.2019 instituted
under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and this was his
second attempt for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by
judgment and order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
79665 of 2019.

4. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted
that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner has been
convicted.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed
of.
