1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. It appears that the contemnor(s)/Opposite Party No.2

who was directed to be present in person before this Court,

remains absent due to some imminent surgery. However,

he appears through virtual mode. Neither the learned

counsel for the contemnor nor the contemnor himself

brings such fact to the notice of this Court by filing any

Hence, the contemnor is directed to remain more cautious

in future.

4. Be that as it may, since it is submitted that the matter

pertaining to the dispute involved herein has been fixed to

be taken up by the Appellate Court on 20.04.2026, the

Registry is directed to list this matter on 21st April, 2026.

5. The Director of Acharya Harihar Post Graduate Institute

of Cancer (formerly known as Acharya Harihar Regional

Cancer Centre), Cuttack is directed to remain personally

present before this Court on the date fixed without making

any dilly dally tactics.

6. The personal appearance of Opposite Party

No.2/Contemnor is dispensed with for the time being.
