1. Perusal of record reveals that in Misc. Case No.460 of 1996 arising out of the instant criminal appeal vide order dated 8th August, 1997, this Court passed the following order:-

"Heard.

Stay further proceeding of 2C.C. Case No.51/96 passed on 20.09.96 is made absolute. Misc. Case is disposed of."

2. Since this matter was never listed before this Court thereafter to ascertain the current status of the aforesaid 2C.C. Case No.51/96, report be called for from the Court of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khordha. Registry is instructed to take steps in this regard.

3. List this matter on 24th April, 2026.
