4. After having considered the rival submissions and on going through the averments taken in the IA together with the documents annexed thereto, since the petitioner wants to avail interim bail to attend the post obsequies of his late mother, who is stated to have died on 15.03.2026, this Court while keeping the regular bail pending, admits the petitioner to interim bail purely on humanitarian ground for a period of ten (10) days w.e.f. the date of his actual

release on bail on such terms and condition as deems fit and proper by the Court in seisin over the matter including the condition that one of the sureties of the petitioner must be either his family members or blood relation.

5. The petitioner is, however, advised to surrender to custody after expiry of the interim bail, failing which the Court in seisin over the matter is at liberty to take coercive steps to commit the petitioner to prison.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. The benefit of this order shall not be extended to the petitioner, if the news relating to death of mother of petitioner is found to be false. The date of surrender of the petitioner shall not be beyond the date 30.03.2026.
