18.03.2026 (Hybrid Mode) Order No.

03. 1. Apparently typographical mistake has crept into the order dated 12.03.2026 wherein after paragraph 2, the paragraph number has been mentioned as paragraph 4, the next paragraph has been numbered as paragraph 5.

In view of the apparent error, the paragraph numbers shall be corrected in the said order. Paragraph 4 shall be corrected as paragraph 3 and paragraph 5 shall be corrected as paragraph 4.

2. It is also noticed that the order number in the order dated 12.03.2026 has been corrected; 01 as typed has been rounded by pencil and 02 has been written. The order No. shall be corrected as '02'.

The correction may be correct but it should have been pursuant to order passed by the Court and

should also reflect the endorsement of the person who has corrected. The matter be brought to the notice of learned Registrar (Judicial) for corrective measures to be taken.

3. As per Stamp Report dated 8.10.2021, the petition has to be registered as CRLREV.

4. The matter was presented before this Court on 20.09.2021. It was placed before the D.R. (Judicial), Lawazima on 21.11.2025. Despite pendency for more than 4 years, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Today when the matter is taken up, memo of date is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner which states thus:

"The petitioner does not want to proceed with the case and due to personal reasons and subsequent developments, the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present case, the petitioner voluntarily intends to withdraw the present petition and no further relief is sought in this matter."

The memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.

6. The petition stands disposed of.
