40. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned senior counsel for the Election Petitioner and the learned senior counsel for the respondent are present.

3. This Election Petition was listed today for filing of list of documents, draft issues and list of witnesses by the parties.

4. Today, the learned senior counsel for the Election Petitioner submitted the list of documents, draft issues

and list of witnesses after serving copies thereof on the learned counsel for the respondent. The same be formed part of the record.

5. Learned senior counsel for the respondent submitted for filing the list of documents, draft issues and list of witnesses on the next date.

6. Therefore, this election petition be listed on 23.03.2026 for filing of list of the documents, draft issues and list of witnesses on behalf of the respondent.

7. Learned senior counsel for the Election Petitioner submitted that, the documents filed on behalf of the election petitioner be kept in a sealed cover and the same be opened at the time of hearing.

8. Therefore, the documents filed today on behalf of the Election Petitioner be kept in a sealed cover under the supervision of the Court Master of this Court and be handed over to the Registrar(Judicial), High Court of Orissa. The same be called for at the time of the hearing of the Election Petition, when it will be required.
