2. Heard Sk. Zafarulla, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Ms. Suvalaxmi Devi, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State.

3. Learned State counsel has produced the Custody Certificate of appellant no.1- Jaya Khara dated 02.02.2026 received from the Senior Superintendent, Circle Jail, Koraput (Welfare Services), Conduct Certificate of appellant no.1- Jaya Khara dated 02.02.2026 received from the Senior Superintendent,

Circle Jail, Koraput (Welfare Services) and the report of criminal antecedent of the appellant no.1- Jaya Khara dated 18.02.2026 received from the IIC, Padwa Police Station, which indicates that there is nothing adverse against him. The said reports are taken on record.
