01. MATA No.449 of 2025 & I.A. No.654 of 2025

1. The Appellant-Husband is before this Court challenging the judgment and decree dated 13.10.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in C.P. Case No.298 of 2024. By the said judgment, the CP filed by the appellant-petitioner-husband in the marriage under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 read with Section -7 of the Family Court Act was dismissed.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. The I.A. has been filed by the Appellant for condonation of short period of delay of 7 days in filing the appeal.

4. Issue notice along with this order to the Respondent in the appeal as well as in the I.A. by Speed Post with A.D. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within five working days. One set of postal requisites along with process fee shall be accepted.

5. List this matter after Service Return. Liberty to mention.
