Learned AGA has filed compliance report along with copy of the Office Order No.1900 dated 20.01.2026 vide Annexure- B/1, which reads as under:

"OFFICE ORDER The Hon'ble fligh Court of Orissa, Cuttack vide Order dated 10.10.2025 have disposed of W.P.(C) No. 28592/2025 filed by Smt. Sagarika Sahoo-Vrs-State of Odisha and others with the following direction:

"In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off directing opposite party no.2 to consider the subject representation of the petitioner as at Annexure-10 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within an outer limit of eight (8) week All contentions of the parties are kept open.

It is open to the answering opposite party to solicit any information or document from the side of the petitioner, as required for taking a decision on the subject representation. However, in that guise, delay shall not he brooked."

Whereas, pursuant to above order of the Hon'ble High Court, the representation under Annexure-10 to the writ petition was examined in accordance with relevant rules and guideline governing promotion from LSES cadre to Jr. SES cadre in Odisha Subordinate Education (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1993.

Whereas, for consideration of her case, a meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) was convened on 20.01.2026 to review the earlier proceedings and to consider promotion of the petitioner along with another eligible LSES teacher.

Whereas, after detailed examination of records, service particulars and eligibility, the Committee recommended the case of Smt. Sagarika Sahoo, Asst. Teacher (TI) for promotion from LSES cadre to Jr. SES cadre notionally w.e.f. 26.08.2025 i.e. the date on which her immediate junior was promoted.

Whereas, the Committee further decided that after such promotion, Smt. Sagarika Sahoo shall be posted as TGT Arts at Govt. U.G. Nodal High School, Bandapipili, Kotagada, Kandhamal against existing vacancy.

In view of the above facts, the representation of the petitioner stands disposed of in compliance with the order dated 10, 10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 28592/2025"

In the above circumstances, the Contempt Proceedings are dropped.
