1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the judgment

dated 22.11.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Khurda at

Bhubaneswar in Arb. Appeal No.13 of 2024 wherein confirmed

the judgment dated 01.07.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge,

(Sr. Division) (Commercial Court) in Arbitration (P) No.38 of

2019.

3. Heard.

4. Issue notice to the Opposite Parties by Speed Post with A.D.,

making it returnable on 22nd January, 2026. Requisites shall be

filed within three working days hence.

5. List this matter on 22nd January, 2026.

7. As an interim measure, it is directed that status quo as on today

in respect of the property in question shall be maintained by the

parties, till the next date of listing of this matter.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
