01. 1. The appellant-wife is before this Court challenging the
judgment and decree dated 19th April, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Civil Proceeding No.61 of 2024. By the said judgment and decree, the petition filed by the respondent-husband in the marriage under Section-13(1)(i-a)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was allowed; thereby dissolving the marriage solemnized between the parties on 24.05.2006.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
3. Issue notice to the respondent.
Requisites for issuance of notice by Speed Post with registration and proof of delivery shall be filed within three working days.
