07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Learned counsel for the Contemnor submitted that the case of Debendra Deep vs. State of Odisha & Others in W.P.(C) No.36735 of 2022 is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the next date is fixed to 12th February, 2026. He further submitted since this Court has directed in present writ application to implement the order in terms of the judgment in Debendra Deep's case (supra), some more time be granted to the State to take steps in the aforesaid pending application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
