2. The I.A. has been filed with a prayer to dispense with the filing of certified copy of the Judgment impugned dated 05.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.10335 of 2018.

3. Since it is an intra-court appeal, the records of the writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.10335 of 2018 have been placed along with this appeal for reference.

4. The I.A. is favoured and disposed of. I.A. No. 4791 of 2023 & W.A. No.1345 of 2023

5. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

6. The appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 05.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.10335 of 2018.
