01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. Bharat Bhusan Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to direct the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, since the petitioner is in custody for last three years.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for and the learned trial Court is requested to take proper and effective steps to examine the rest of the witnesses to conclude the trial in this case as expeditiously as possible. A copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the concerned Court.
