1. The grievance of the Petitioner is non-registration of his FIR pursuant to order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the learned J.M.F.C.-V (Cog Taking), Bhubaneswar in 1CC No. 7396 of 2025.

2. Mr. A.K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate produces the instructions dated 02.02.2026 of the IIC, Khandagiri Police Station, Bhubaneswar UPD which reveals that he received the copy of 1CC Case No. 8680/2025 from the Court vide Letter No. 868, dated 07.11.2025 for enquiry and submission of the enquiry report before the Court. After enquiry into the matter, enquiry report has been submitted before the Court vide Khandagiri P.S. D.R. No. 8736/Kgr P.S., dated 14.11.2025. But the original 1CC petition of the Petitioner- Sribatsa Dhal has not been received from the Court. Case will be registered after receipt of the original 1CC petition from the Court.

The said instructions are taken on record. It shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record.

3. There was nothing to prevent the IIC, Khandagiri Police Station to request the learned Magistrate to send the original complaint, while submitting his enquiry report.

4. As Mr. Satyajit Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he shall approach learned Magistrate for sending the original complaint to the Police Station, no direction is, therefore, required to be for registration of the case, and the CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
