The learned Standing Counsel for the State submitted that, the Judgment passed in WPC No.16956 of 2025 on dated 26.06.2025 has already been complied by the Tahasildar, Jaleswar, for which, this CONTC is required to be dropped and serve the copy of the compliance report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted to take instruction regarding the same.
