03. 1. Both the ABLAPLs are taken up for orders.

2. Pursuant to the Court's order dated 13th January, 2026, instruction has been obtained and it is informed to the Court by learned counsel for the State that an FIR is lodged with a case registered on 10th February, 2026 vide EOW Case No.3 of 2026. A copy of the FIR is produced today. Referring to Annexure-2, it is submitted by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are not involved in the alleged mischief, which has been the handiwork of one Prasant Kumar Mallick, Senior Associate-cum-Cash In-charge of the Branch in question and he said to have syphoned off the entire

misappropriated amount to his personal account and to an intermediary account and hence, they should be granted pre- arrest bail.

3. Recorded the submissions of learned counsel for the State.

4. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that he needs instructions as the investigation is at initial stage with the report lodged yesterday only from the side of the Bank. In view of the above request received, further hearing of the matter is deferred to 11th March, 2026 for orders.

6. Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing.
