  03.       1.        The present contempt has been mooted for non-

compliance of the order of this Court passed on 30.11.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 29535 of 2024. The Petitioner in the aforesaid Writ Application had moved for a direction for non-disbursement of his 2nd RACP & 3rd MACP benefits. Although his name appears in the order, and similarly placed persons have been granted and disbursed the aforesaid benefits vide orders dated 30.03.2026 and 31.03.2026, the same has not been extended to him.

2. The learned AGA sought an adjournment to obtain instructions in this regard; however, no such instructions have been furnished as yet. Needless to mention that, this being a contempt petition; the appearance of the learned AGA is not otherwise expected. The concerned person has neither appeared engaging a counsel nor in-person.

3. Be that as it may, in the event the direction issued in the Writ Petition, if not complied by the next date, the Contemnor Sarat Kumar Bag, Special Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Rehabilitation Officer be made present in person before this Court with explanation.

4. A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned AGA for compliance.

5. List this matter on 01.05.2026.
